The company “Bali Nadlan Investments” (“hereinafter: “Bali-Bali”)
serves solely as an intermediary and facilitator between travelers and the various service providers such as hotels, restaurants, local guides, transportation companies, attractions, and other ground services.
As a result, “Bali-Bali” is not responsible in any way for malfunctions, disruptions, delays, and other damages that may result from non-performance and/or partial performance and/or faulty performance of any service offered through us by the service providers or their representatives.
We are not liable for damages incurred by the traveler such as bodily injury, illnesses, damage to luggage, and/or any direct or indirect damage that may occur to the traveler during activities with a third-party provider due to an accident, act of violence, robbery, theft, hospitalization, pregnancy, medical expenses, loss of luggage, and/or documents and/or flight tickets and/or passport, etc.
Payment:
To reduce payment costs for you, we have chosen a method whereby the payment for transactions on the site can be made to “Bali-Bali” and/or directly to the providers supplying the products (such as hotels, attraction providers, transportation services, organizing companies, and other external providers). We will inform you during the booking process about the destination of each part of the payment. However, there may be situations where we cannot precisely determine the recipient of the payment. There may also be cases where the payment is combined for us and additional providers.
Please note that payment will be required in foreign currency. We are not responsible for the different exchange rates applied during the booking process by various credit card companies or banks.
Terms of Use:
By using the website, application, or services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this site, as stated above and below (hereinafter: “Terms”). A booking made by the customer on this site for one or more of the tourism services offered by us constitutes the customer’s agreement to the terms of “Bali-Bali” and all the terms and conditions detailed in this document. Booking tourism services from service providers is subject to their availability and according to the information known to us. These terms should be read together with the terms appearing in the booking details as an integral part of them.
Changes and Cancellations:
Some bookings are subject to change or cancellation fees from the moment the booking is confirmed by the provider, according to the applicable rates set by “Bali-Bali” or the various providers, which vary from product to product, as detailed in the booking details.
We reserve the right to cancel the transaction or booking in the following cases: an honest mistake occurred in the price or product description, in case of a technical error, or in case of full capacity for the service you booked.
Limitation of Liability:
The information we receive from external sources is presented on the site as received from the suppliers and distributors, and therefore we have no control over its accuracy and reliability. We make every effort to display accurate information but are not responsible for the correctness of the information displayed on the site, and therefore disclaim liability for its accuracy and reliability. In cases of inaccuracies or errors, we will strive to resolve the issue and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
In cases where a supplier declares bankruptcy, we make every effort to ensure a full refund to our customers. Despite our efforts, we have no control over the suppliers’ ability to refund the payment. In such cases, “Bali-Bali” remains committed to its customers and will manage the process with the suppliers to refund the full payment made, but has no responsibility for additional compensation to customers due to booking cancellations.
The prices displayed on the site are based on the prices appearing in the booking systems of the various suppliers. In cases of price display errors, the company reserves the right to approve, reject, or limit the booking on the site. We strive to maintain as accurate a price display as possible. However, if a pricing error occurs, the company reserves the right to require the customer to pay the price difference or cancel the booking.
Bookings on our site are made shortly before the offered services. We provide customer service with human response during the day and late hours and are ready to assist at any moment. It is important to note that some providers are not available at all times, and therefore a short-term booking may not receive an immediate response. We do everything in our power to confirm every booking made on our site, but there may be cases where the provider’s unavailability prevents the customer from receiving the tickets at the desired time, which may lead to the booking not being confirmed on time. We recommend our customers avoid, as much as possible, making short-term bookings before the service date to avoid these delays, which are beyond our control.
All products displayed on the site are tourism products advertised by various suppliers in Bali and other islands in Indonesia in different distribution systems. We are unable to verify every supplier and attraction listed on the site, so each product on the site should not be considered as having been checked and approved by the company. If you decide to purchase products on the site independently, we will be happy to provide you with the best service, but the responsibility for the quality of the products you choose to purchase is solely yours, and every product displayed on the site should not be seen as having been checked or recommended by us.
